Improving on my culminating
So my last post was basically my eating and physical habits from the last three weeks. I know it's a shocker, people I've known all my life still can't believe my health habits are still so terrible. I want to improve on my eating habits as well as my exercise pattern. For instance I definitely need to improve on my vegetable eating. I don't really eat any at all unless someone hides it in my food and I don't notice it at all. I want to join a gym for the summer and start being physically active. The only thing I'm really lacking is the motivation to do but I think that stems from my unhealthy habits. With the health triangle if one section is suffering other sides will suffer too, so because my physical health is not so good it doesn't help with my mental health to give me the push I need to be more healthy. I am a regular smoker and I haven't cut down or anything since I've started but if I want to by physically fit, quitting smoking or cutting down at the very least, which would heavily improve on my overall wellness.
