21 day Culmiating Activity

This culminating activity I tracked my 21 day eating habits, not changing anything, and eating exactly how I would as if it was a normal day. This blog will just be the 21 eating and exercising plan, but my next blog post will be about what I need to improve on.


The last 21 days I didn't eat breakfast at all because during the week I do not wake up on time to eat breakfast before I catch the bus to school, sometimes I don't even wake up on time to just catch the bus. My lunch from Monday-Friday normally starts at 11 30 will consist of a can of diet Pepsi, Michelina's taco bites, fried rice with peas, and a scrambled egg and/or a Jamaican patty. On one day however, I went to 50's diner and ate 2 fried eggs,  2 pieces of white toast, bacon, home fries, 2 pancakes and 2 slices of oranges.
After school I normally eat an afternoon snack around 430 PM and that will consist of either a fried egg sandwich with ketchup, hot sauce, HP sauce, 2 slices of tomatoes and salt and pepper in it, or I would microwave a mini pizza.
I work everyday from 6PM-10 or 11PM depending on the day at Dairy Queen so my dinner will usually consist of me eating there. I get everyday either the mushroom swiss burger with mayonnaise, onion rings, or a chili cheese hot dog. My very few days off that I have had my dinner would be either steak and rice, stir fry chicken with rice, or I would get Montforts with my friend and get a chicken and pineapple shwarma with garlic sauce in it.


I do not attend a gym or any sort of fitness club, and I have a treadmill in my garage but it is collecting dust. My exercise will normally consist of me walking everyday either to the store for 10 minutes, or to my friend's parents for 20 minutes or walk to Shawna's house which is a 5 minute walk and walk back home. I have two little sisters that I play with almost everyday, we throw a ball around outside, and I run after them and play tag, and my 1 year old cousin I help teach her walk which holding her hands I'm basically walking and squatting the whole time. That is what why physical routine consists of the last three weeks.
